Nehal Sheth, PT

Nehal is a licensed physical therapist with nearly 15 years of experience helping people overcome pain, restore mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy. A 2011 graduate of Gujarat University in India, she specializes in spine and orthopedic rehabilitation, with a focus on acute and chronic conditions of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, with or without radiculopathy. She also treats a wide range of orthopedic concerns, including neck and back pain, shoulder dysfunction, hip and knee pain, foot and ankle conditions, and sports-related injuries.

Her approach is individualized and hands-on, combining joint mobilization, spinal manipulation, soft tissue mobilization, and principles from the McKenzie Method and Mulligan Concept with targeted exercise and functional rehabilitation.
